Here is what the 10/10/10 goal is:

  1. $10k company profit per month
  2. 10 hours of work per week
  3. 10 months of work

Why 10k of profit? The profit of your private label company is of course depending on the size of the product niche you will target. Also, the initial capital for these next 10 months will be $10k (I’ll address that in the next paragraphs), which will be safely enough to generate $10k of profit after 10 months be deploying all the tools mentioned in this book. You might achieve more, but full transparency, don’t expect to generate more than $20k of profit after 10 months if your initial budget is $10k. From my experience, $10k of profit after 10 months is realistic for a $10k initial capital.

Why 10 hours of work per week ? Because from experience, that is enough if you know how to organise your time well. By deploying the cheat codes in this book, you will be able to save time on the time consuming tasks, from the deployment phase to the maintenance one. From all the 7 and 8 figures sellers i met in my life who were running Amazon FBA private label businesses, they all agreed that you could run a 1-person (working full time) operating show all the way until hitting a multi-7 figures turn over. In other words, if each of your product generates 20k revenue per months, you could be running the show by yourself until you reach a catalogue of 10 to 40 products. After that, working full time might not be enough and you might need to hire Full time employees (FTEs). Anyway, all that to say that 10 hours per week is plenty for you to achieve $10k profits in 10 months.

Why 10 months ? The plan to achieve the 10 months goal will be divided in 2 product launches taking 5 months each. The goal is not for you to get lucky only once, but to deploy a business model that works by deploying it a second time successfully. After all, a cheat code is not a real cheat code if you can only use it once. That’s why this book will not only give you all the secrets you need, but also confirm to you that they work infinitely. So why 5 months periods? From experience, you can’t go faster than 5 months to validate a products at scale safely and with guarantee, especially when you are in your first years on Amazon, especially when your initial capital budget is limited to $10k, and especially when it is a new brand you are launching. I’ll talk about the deployment plan in details later.
