Last updated effective date: November 15th, 2025 1. Introduction Welcome to www.endgamexp.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by BTW LLC ("Endgame XP," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and our services, including educational videos and premium paid courses. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. User Eligibility and Accounts
  • Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user account and for any activities under your user account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
  • The Website offers free contents as well as a premium paid course on creating an Amazon FBA Private Label business.
  • All sales are final. There are no refunds.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe, all payment details are processed securely by the Stripe platform.
4. Use of Educational Content
  • Prohibited Actions: Users are strictly prohibited from:
    • Copying, stealing, broadcasting, or redistributing any of the videos or course content.
    • Downloading videos from the course (streaming only is allowed).
    • Sharing account access with others.
  • Exceptions: Content may be shared only if explicitly stated in the content itself via audio, video, or written authorization from an official representative of Endgame XP.
  • Violation Consequences: Users detected downloading videos or engaging in prohibited activities will have their access immediately revoked without a refund.
5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct Users agree not to:
  • Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website.
  • Post or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
  • Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the Website's functionality.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content, videos, logos, and trademarks on the Website are owned by BTW LLC or licensed to us.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  • Users do not gain any ownership or licensing rights to our content by purchasing a course or accessing the Website.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • The Website and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific business results from our courses.
8. Termination of Access
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website and services if a user violates these Terms.
  • Termination due to violations will not result in a refund.
9. Product refund guarantees
  • Product 1: FBA Endgame Academy formation. The eligibility conditions for a full refund of this product are defined in the contract presented at the time of enrollment. Upon acceptance of the contract by both parties, the customer acknowledges that a refund (issued by the company) may only be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
    • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchasing the FBA Endgame Academy program.
    • The program was purchased directly through our online store (endgamexp.com).
    • The customer has watched no more than 5 videos in total and has not accessed additional videos or supplementary documents.
    • The customer has not viewed more than 2 videos within the same module.
    • The customer has not used or redeemed any coaching session included in the program.
    • The customer has contacted support at support@endgamexp.com to request a refund and has clearly indicated the email address associated with their account.
  • Product 2: Additional 1-on-1 coaching sessions (also called the "mentorship program", not part of the product 1 mentioned above). The eligibility conditions for a full refund of this product are defined in the contract presented at the time of enrollment. Upon acceptance of the contract by both parties, the customer acknowledges that a refund (issued by the company) may only be granted if:

    • The pre-defined objectives established at the start of the mentorship plan have not been fully achieved by the final coaching session of the mentorship program,

    • The customer can provide proof that all assignments, tasks, and actions requested by the company for each session were fully completed and applied as instructed.

Any successful refund automatically voids the previously signed agreement, and all associated rights, access, and obligations are terminated.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email of significant changes.

12. Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) apply to anyone who joins or promotes Endgame XP through our affiliate program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

    12.1 Program Overview

Affiliates may earn commissions by promoting:

  1. FBA Endgame Academy Online Formation (Product 1)

  2. 1-on-1 Coaching Packages (Product 2)

Only sales properly tracked through our affiliate system are eligible for commissions.

    12.2 Eligibility & Enrollment

  • You must submit an application and be approved.

  • Acceptance is not guaranteed and may be denied for any reason.

  • You must be 18 or older to participate.

    12.3 Commissions & Payments

  • Commission rates and payout details are defined in your Affiliate Partnership Agreement.

  • Commissions are paid on completed, valid sales only.

  • No commissions are earned on refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or self-purchases.

  • Payments are issued monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

    12.4 Promotion Rules

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false claims or guarantee results.

  • Use spam, bots, or misleading advertising.

  • Use Endgame XP trademarks or run ads containing our brand name without written permission.

  • Promote on websites with illegal, hateful, or adult content.

  • Impersonate Endgame XP or its representatives.

Violations may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

    12.5 Fraud & Misconduct

Endgame XP monitors affiliate activity and may withhold or cancel commissions if it detects:

  • Fraud

  • Abusive behavior

  • Click manipulation

  • Self-referrals or coupon abuse

The Company’s determination is final.

    12.6 Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Endgame XP.
You may not represent yourself as part of the Company.

    12.7 Taxes & Legal Compliance

You are responsible for your own tax reporting.
Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising laws, including required disclosures (e.g., “This link is an affiliate link…”).

    12.8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, all promotional activities must stop immediately, and pending commissions may be forfeited in cases of misconduct.

    12.9 Program Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time.
